The Cornerstone Chorale brings together singers from northern Manhattan‚ primarily the neighborhoods of Washington Heights, Hudson Heights and Inwood‚ in the only classical community chorus north of 125th Street in Manhattan dedicated to providing quality concert programs with local talent in the local community. The Chorale has performed concerts at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, local nursing homes and schools and is a "cornerstone" of a vibrant neighborhood music scene. We were founded in 1990, and last year we celebrated our 20th anniversary. The Cornerstone Chorale is Ensemble in Residence at Holyrood Church, Washington Heights.
